On Perth time

Perth runs on its own clock, and that changes how a Perth order feels. Western Australia does not use daylight saving, while Victoria does. So the gap between our desk in Gippsland and yours moves during the year.

Time of yearVictoriaPerthGap
April to early OctoberStandard timeStandard timePerth is 2 hours behind
October to early AprilDaylight savingNo changePerth is 3 hours behind

What that means in practice:

  • Our afternoon dispatch happens late morning to early afternoon by a Perth clock, depending on the time of year.
  • A message you send late in the Perth afternoon can land after our working day in Victoria. We answer it the next business morning.
  • Paying early in your morning gives the order more time to be packed for our next afternoon dispatch.

The south eastern states move their clocks forward on the first Sunday in October. In 2026 that was Sunday 4 October.

The long haul west

Perth is one of the longest trips our parcels make, yet a WA order goes out on the same tracked service as one bound for Ballarat. There is no separate WA option to pick. The tracking number arrives in your chat when the box leaves us, and you can watch it the whole way across.

Once it lands in WA, the same service carries it on to the metro area and to regional towns. That covers the CBD and Northbridge, Fremantle and Cottesloe on the coast, Joondalup and Wanneroo to the north, Midland and the hills to the east, and Rockingham, Armadale and Mandurah to the south. Bunbury, Busselton, Geraldton and Albany are handled the same way.

How a WA order runs

  1. Fill your bag on the site, or open a chat with us on WhatsApp.
  2. The chat starts with two short questions: where in Australia you are, and which compounds you want.
  3. Your list is written into the message for you. Add a name, suburb and postcode, then send.
  4. We reply in that chat with your total and how to pay.
  5. After payment the order joins the next afternoon dispatch, and the tracking number follows.

You never create an account, and card numbers are never typed into our website. Each vial on the site carries its AUD price, and before you pay, the chat sets out your full total, with $10 for tracked shipping. A compound marked sold out can still be reserved as a pre-order in the same thread.

Plain packing

Every vial is held firmly so it cannot knock against the next one on a trip of several thousand kilometres. The outer layer is an unmarked box or satchel. The address label names you and your street, and nothing else about what is inside.

When a vial is wrong

Our quality guarantee covers a Perth order the same as a local one. If a vial turns up broken, damaged or not the compound you ordered, send us a photo in the chat within 7 days. We post a replacement at no cost. The full wording is on our shipping page.

Certificates of analysis are available on request, so ask in the chat if you want the paperwork for your lot.

Supplier, not clinic

One Perth page in this search is a doctor and telehealth guide. Glow Labs is not a clinic or a telehealth service. We do not see patients, we do not prescribe, and we cannot tell anyone what to use. If you want treatment, speak to a registered health professional in WA.

The TGA has warned that advertising unapproved therapeutic goods to Australian consumers is generally unlawful, and that online sellers and anyone else promoting unapproved peptide products may be held accountable. healthdirect, the national health information service, adds that a research use only label does not make a peptide lawful to import or buy.

BPC-157 and anti-doping

Sport Integrity Australia records BPC-157 as an S0 substance, a class with no government approval as a therapy that is prohibited in and out of competition, and notes that the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods does not include it.

FAQ

Is there a peptide shop in Perth?

Not from us. Glow Labs has no shop, clinic or collection point in Perth or anywhere in WA. Orders are posted from Gippsland in Victoria.

How long does delivery to Perth take?

Plan on 2-3 days after the parcel leaves us, tracked from Traralgon to your address.

What time zone do you reply in?

Victorian time. Perth is 2 hours behind us for half the year and 3 hours behind while Victoria is on daylight saving, so a late Perth message may be answered the next business morning.

What is the legal status of retatrutide and BPC-157?

The national Poisons Standard places BPC-157 in Schedule 4, and clause 5 of its Appendix D names it among poisons that are illegal to possess without authority. Retatrutide sits in healthdirect's table of unapproved peptides, which it says the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods does not list. Both product pages give the regulator position.

Do you deliver outside metro Perth?

Yes. Regional WA towns such as Bunbury, Geraldton and Albany are sent the same tracked way.

Will anyone know what is in the box?

No. The packaging is plain and the label carries only the delivery details.

Do chemists sell peptides?

Only approved ones. healthdirect says approved peptide medicines such as insulin need a prescription from a doctor and are bought from a registered Australian pharmacy. Glow Labs research compounds are not pharmacy medicines.
