What NSW Health said
On 19 October 2026 NSW Health issued a public warning about unapproved peptide products. It named five peptides, among them BPC-157 and retatrutide, and said none of the five has approval in Australia for any purpose. It urged people not to buy or use unapproved products, and said that even products that look professional or claim to be tested for purity may not be safe.
The national health information service, healthdirect, says the TGA evaluates medicines before they can be sold to the public, and that anyone considering peptides for their health should see their doctor.
We agree with that last point. Glow Labs is not a clinic, gives no medical or usage advice, and sells compounds only for laboratory research.
