Melbourne delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched in the afternoon during business hours. Every order leaves Gippsland as a tracked parcel. Melbourne sits to the west of us, so the parcel stays inside Victoria for the whole trip. It reaches you 2-3 days after it leaves us, whether the address is in the city, the suburbs or regional Victoria.

You get the tracking number in the WhatsApp chat you ordered in, so you can follow the parcel the whole way. If anything changes after you order, such as a new address, reply in that same chat. Our shipping page covers delivery for the rest of Australia.

Across Victoria

The same tracked service covers the whole state. That takes in inner Melbourne and the CBD, the bayside and eastern suburbs, the growth areas to the north and west, and the Mornington Peninsula. Outside the city, we send to Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo on the same terms.

Gippsland is home for us. Parcels to Morwell, Traralgon, Sale, Moe, Warragul, Churchill and Leongatha go out exactly like a Melbourne order, tracked and in the same afternoon dispatch.

Packing

Nothing on the outside of a Glow Labs parcel says what is inside. The vials go into a plain box or satchel, packed so they cannot rattle against each other in transit. The label carries your delivery address and gives no hint of the contents.

That plain packing is the same for every order, whether it is one vial or a bundle, and whether it is going to a Melbourne apartment or a farm in the Wimmera.

Summer arrivals

Melbourne weather can swing from mild to very hot in a day, and a parcel left on a doorstep in January can get warm. The good news is that research peptides travel as a freeze-dried powder, and a dry solid puts up with a little heat much better than a liquid would. Moisture is one of the factors that speeds up peptide breakdown, which is why peptides ship as a dry powder.

Bachem notes that dry peptides can travel at room temperature but should go into cold storage once they arrive. So on a hot day:

  1. Bring the parcel in as soon as it is delivered.
  2. Check every vial is sealed and labelled.
  3. Make sure the powder looks dry, as a white cake or loose crumbs.
  4. Store the vials cold straight away, away from light.

Fridge and freezer storage is set out step by step in our how to store peptides guide.

How to order

Ordering works the same for a Melbourne address as for anywhere else in Australia.

  1. Pick compounds into your bag on the site, or start a chat with us on WhatsApp.
  2. Tap the button to send your order. Answer two quick questions (your state, then the compounds), and WhatsApp opens with the order typed out and a Ref code.
  3. Type in your name, suburb and postcode, and send.
  4. We reply with the current price and payment details in that same chat.
  5. Once it is paid, the order is packed for the afternoon dispatch and you get a tracking number.

No account and no sign-up form are needed, and you never type card details into the site. Prices are shown in dollars on every vial, and the chat repeats your total so you see the full figure before paying. If a compound shows as sold out, you can pre-order it in the chat and we will tell you when it is back.

If you are unsure which compound or vial size fits your research, ask before you order. The person who answers is in Australia, and every question about your order stays in one thread.

Not a clinic

Many pages that rank for this search belong to Melbourne clinics. Glow Labs is not one. We do not prescribe, we do not consult, and we do not give medical or usage advice. Our compounds are sold for laboratory research only.

If you are looking for treatment, a Melbourne GP or other registered health professional is the right place to start, not a research supplier.

Rules in Victoria

Peptide products used for therapeutic purposes are regulated as therapeutic goods across Australia. The TGA has warned that anyone supplying or promoting them must meet their obligations under both Commonwealth law and state or territory law. The same alert stresses that products without approval have had no TGA check of their safety or quality.

BPC-157 is listed in Schedule 4 of the national Poisons Standard and in its Appendix D, which means it must not be possessed without authority under state law. The TGA's April 2026 alert adds that putting a research use only label on a product does not make its supply lawful by itself.

Sport Integrity Australia lists BPC-157 as a non-approved substance under section S0 of the World Anti-Doping Code Prohibited List.

FAQ

Do you have a Melbourne store?

No. Glow Labs has no shop, clinic or pickup point in Melbourne. Every order is sent by tracked delivery from Gippsland.

How long does delivery to Melbourne take?

2-3 days from dispatch in Gippsland, with tracking for the whole trip. The parcel stays within Victoria for the trip.

Are peptides legal in Victoria?

Some are tightly controlled. BPC-157, for example, sits in Schedule 4 of the Poisons Standard and on the Appendix D list of poisons that are illegal to hold without authority, and in Victoria that authority comes from state law. The TGA has warned that a research use only label is not enough, by itself, to make supply lawful.

Can I pick up an order?

No. There is no pickup option. All orders go out by tracked delivery.

When are orders dispatched?

Orders are packed and dispatched in the afternoon during business hours, once payment is confirmed in WhatsApp.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Parcels go in a plain box or satchel, and the label shows where it is going, not what it holds.

Do you deliver to regional Victoria?

Yes. Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Gippsland and the rest of the state get the same tracked service.

What if a vial arrives damaged?

We replace it free. If a vial reaches your Melbourne or Victorian address damaged, broken or not the compound you ordered, send a photo in your WhatsApp order chat within 7 days and a new one goes out at no cost.
