Privacy policy

What we collect

When you message us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, suburb and postcode, the items you want, your delivery address and the WhatsApp number you write from. We use it to confirm, pack and post your order and to answer your questions.

Here is why we ask for each part:

• Name and delivery address: they go on the parcel label so the carrier can hand the box over.
• WhatsApp number: it is how we confirm your total, send your tracking number and reply to questions.
• State, suburb and postcode: they show us where a parcel is headed before you share a full street address.
• The items you want: we need them to price and pack the right vials.

We ask only for what an order needs, in line with Australian Privacy Principle 3. You can ask questions without giving a name or address, but we cannot post an order without them.

A message started from a button on this site comes pre-filled with a short Ref code naming the page and button you used, so we know where you found us. You see the full text in WhatsApp and can change it before you hit send. To leave the Ref code out, delete the part that starts with "Ref:" before sending. We treat your order the same either way.

On this website

There are no accounts, forms that post to a server, or card fields on this site. Your bag is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page reload, along with a simple count of how often the WhatsApp pop-up is opened and sent from each page. Your answers in the pop-up are not stored. None of this leaves your device unless you send the WhatsApp message yourself.

No analytics or advertising scripts run on this site today. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Sharing

We share your name and address with the delivery carrier, and nothing with anyone else unless the law requires it. WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy terms.

The fonts on these pages load from Google's font servers (Google Fonts), so Google sees your IP address when your browser requests them, under Google's own privacy terms.

WhatsApp is a Meta service. Your chat with us, including your name and address, passes through its systems, which may be located outside Australia.

Meta is a United States company, and it decides where WhatsApp data sits, not us. Australian Privacy Principle 8 deals with personal details that leave the country, so we say it plainly here: think about what you put in the chat before you send it.

Keeping and protecting it

Your order chat stays in our WhatsApp account on the phone we use for orders. We keep chats and addresses only while we need them to fill your order, sort out a replacement claim and meet the record rules that apply to a business. After that, we delete them or strip out anything that names you, as Australian Privacy Principle 11 asks. We also take reasonable steps to keep that phone and account safe from loss, misuse and unwanted access.

You do not have to wait. Ask us on WhatsApp to delete your chat once your parcel has arrived.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your details, tell us on WhatsApp first so we can put it right. If we have not replied within 30 days, or you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
