The southern end of the Gold Coast runs straight into New South Wales. Coolangatta sits on the Queensland side and Tweed Heads on the New South Wales side, so a short walk can change your state, your postcode and, for half the year, your clock.
That clock part matters for a chat with us. New South Wales and Victoria use daylight saving. Queensland does not. So from early October to early April:

From April to October all three places share one time. None of this changes the delivery. We post to Queensland and NSW postcodes along the coast on the same tracked service with the same 2-3 day window. It only changes how our business hours read on your clock. Write your full suburb and postcode in the order so the parcel goes to the right side of the line.

Up the coast
The whole city is covered, from the border north. That takes in Coolangatta and Palm Beach, Burleigh Heads and Miami, Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, Southport and the Spit, Robina and Varsity Lakes, and Nerang inland. Further north we post to Helensvale, Coomera, Hope Island and Pimpama. Over the border, Tweed Heads, Banora Point and Kingscliff are covered the same way, as is Brisbane, which has its own page.
Coast orders
- Add items to your bag on the site, or message us on WhatsApp straight away.
- Two quick questions come first: your state, and the peptides you want.
- The message is written for you with your list. Put in your name, suburb and postcode, then send it.
- We answer with the current price and the payment details.
- Once paid, your box joins that afternoon's packing run and the tracking number comes through.
No account and no card details on the website. Each product card shows its price, and anything sold out can be pre-ordered in the chat.
Plain parcels
Every coast order goes out in plain outer packaging. Coastal summers are warm, so bring the parcel in soon after it lands and see our storage guide for what to do next.
If a vial is broken, damaged or not what you ordered when it arrives, the quality guarantee applies. Message us a photo within 7 days and a replacement goes out free. Certificates of analysis are available on request, and the shipping page has the full terms.
Not a coast clinic
Glow Labs is not a clinic, telehealth service or medical centre. Glow Labs does not consult, diagnose or prescribe, and gives no medical or usage advice. If treatment is what you need, a GP on the coast is the right first call.
The TGA warns that, where quality controls are missing, a product can hold the wrong ingredient, carry contamination or fall short on sterility, and that online sellers and promoters of unapproved peptide products may be held accountable for unlawful advertising.
For anti-doping, Sport Integrity Australia puts BPC-157 in the S0 group of substances with no approval, a group that is off limits at all times.

FAQ
Do you have a store on the Gold Coast?
No. Glow Labs has no store, clinic or pickup point on the Gold Coast. Every order is posted from Gippsland in Victoria.
Do you deliver to Tweed Heads?
Yes. Tweed Heads and the rest of the NSW side are sent on the same tracked service as Queensland addresses.
How long does Gold Coast delivery take?
2-3 days after the parcel leaves us, and you can track it the whole way.
Why do your hours shift in summer?
Victoria is on daylight saving from October to April and Queensland is not, so our business hours start and end an hour earlier on a Queensland clock. Over the line in Tweed Heads, New South Wales keeps the same clock as Victoria all year.
How do I pay?
Payment details are sent in the WhatsApp chat once your price is confirmed. Nothing is paid on the site.
Are peptides over the counter drugs?
Not the approved ones. healthdirect explains that a peptide approved as a medicine needs a script from a doctor or another qualified health professional, and is then bought from a registered Australian pharmacy. What we sell is not a pharmacy product: each compound is offered for laboratory research only.
Is the packaging plain?
Yes, the outer packaging is plain.
