Who we are

Glow Labs sells research compounds online from Traralgon, in the Gippsland region of Victoria. You can order from anywhere in Australia, and every order is packed and sent from our base in Traralgon VIC 3844.

This page sets out what we stock, how an order works, when parcels leave, what our quality guarantee covers and the rules we follow. If you still have a question after reading it, message us on WhatsApp and we will answer in the same chat.

What we stock

The catalogue lists 31 products. 20 are in stock now and 11 are marked stocking soon, with a pre-order message ready on each of those pages. Every item is sold as laboratory research material and carries the same research use only label.

We also sort the catalogue into seven research areas. Each area page gives a plain overview of that field of study and links to every compound we list in it. The areas are beauty research, cognitive research, hormone research, longevity research, melanocortin research, metabolic research and repair research.

How we work

There is no checkout form and no account. You build a bag, then the site writes your order into one WhatsApp message. We read it, confirm the price and what is available, and send payment details in the same chat. Prices are per vial in AUD, and tracked shipping is a flat $10 per order.

Our WhatsApp number is +61 401 342 201. You can message it before you order too, for example to check a size or to ask about an item that is stocking soon. That chat stays open for questions after the parcel arrives.

Dispatch and delivery

Paid orders leave Traralgon in the afternoon, within business hours on Victorian time. Victorian time is AEST, or AEDT during daylight saving, so our afternoon falls earlier on the clock in Perth.

Every parcel is tracked, and delivery takes 2-3 days. It comes to your door in discreet, plain outer packaging. We post to every state and territory, from Gippsland towns close to home out to Hobart, Perth and Darwin. Read how delivery works, or see delivery to Melbourne.

Quality guarantee

If a vial arrives damaged, broken or not what you ordered, message us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it free.

Send that photo to our WhatsApp chat, the same place you placed the order. The same promise is set out on our shipping page.

Certificates of analysis

A certificate of analysis (COA) is a lab report on one batch of a compound. To ask for one, message us on WhatsApp with the compound and the size you want, before or after you order. We do not post certificate files on the site yet. See how COA requests work.

Research use only

Everything we sell is laboratory research material. It is not for human consumption, and it is not a medicine, a supplement or a cosmetic. When someone places an order, they confirm they are at least 18 and buying for a lawful research purpose. The whole policy is set out in our research use only notice.

What we do not do

We do not give medical advice or suggest amounts or schedules for anything we sell. We also make no claims about what a compound does in people. Our pages describe published research in plain words and link to the sources.
