Clock difference
Queensland stays on standard time all year, because it does not use daylight saving. Victoria does. From early October to early April, Brisbane is one hour behind us. For the rest of the year our clocks match. So in summer, our afternoon dispatch falls an hour earlier on a Brisbane clock, and a chat sent late in your day may be read the next business morning.

Packing and care
Each vial is wedged so it cannot rattle loose. The parcel is a plain box or satchel, and the label carries only your delivery details.
Brisbane summers are hot and humid, so bring the parcel inside soon after it arrives. Our compounds travel as a freeze-dried powder in sealed vials, and our storage guide explains fridge and freezer care once they are in.
If a vial reaches you broken, damaged or wrong, our quality guarantee covers it. Photograph it, message the picture to us inside 7 days, and a free replacement is sent. Certificates of analysis are available on request. Delivery terms are on the shipping page.
Health and the law
Peptide medicines that are approved in Australia need a prescription and are supplied by a pharmacy, healthdirect explains, and the TGA checks them before they reach the public. Its table of examples puts BPC-157 and retatrutide among the unapproved peptides that are absent from the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods.
Sport Integrity Australia lists BPC-157 in S0 of the anti-doping Prohibited List, a class banned in and out of competition.

Is there a Glow Labs store in Brisbane?
No. There is no store, clinic or pickup point in Brisbane or anywhere else in Queensland. Orders are posted from Victoria.
How long does delivery to Brisbane take?

Do you post to Ipswich, Logan and Moreton Bay?
Yes. They are covered in exactly the same way as inner Brisbane.
Why does your reply time shift in summer?

Can I pay on the website?
No. Once we confirm stock and your total in the WhatsApp chat, we send the payment details there.
Do chemists sell peptides?
Chemists supply approved peptide medicines such as insulin when a doctor prescribes them, healthdirect explains. Research compounds like ours are not pharmacy products and are not sold over a chemist counter.
