Glow Labs Research Use Only Notice

Glow Labs research use only means every product on this site is sold for laboratory research and nothing else. Glow Labs is an Australian research peptide supplier in Traralgon, Gippsland VIC. Order on WhatsApp, tracked delivery in 2-3 days. Research use only.

What this means

Our compounds are not for human consumption. They are not medicines, not therapeutic goods approved for supply in Australia, not supplements and not cosmetics. None of them is meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

This notice covers the whole catalogue. That includes items marked stocking soon and our bacteriostatic water, not just the peptides.

On each product page

Every product page and specification table says research use only. Each table names the compound, the size and the form, such as a freeze dried powder in a glass vial. The last row of that table reads "Laboratory research only".

The table also gives a storage line for that compound, with its source listed below the table. If the label on a vial you receive is not the item you ordered, send us a photo of it on WhatsApp. Our quality guarantee covers that case.

Our pages

Product and guide pages summarise published research for education. They are not medical advice. They never suggest an amount or a schedule, and a study on a page is not a promise of any effect.

We put the sources at the close of each section, so you can check a claim against the study it came from. You can browse every guide in Learn.

What our support covers

Our team replies on WhatsApp at +61 401 342 201, from Traralgon in Victoria. We are glad to help with:

  • orders, prices and payment details
  • sizes, stock levels and pre-orders for items marked stocking soon
  • requests for a certificate of analysis
  • dispatch, tracking numbers and the quality guarantee

There are things we will not answer. We will not say how much of a product to use, how often, or how to use it on a person. We do not answer medical questions either. If a message asks about amounts or use, the answer is no.

What a COA shows

Certificates of analysis available on request. To ask, send the compound and size to our WhatsApp chat. In general, a COA is a lab report on a single batch of one compound. A good report names the batch, sets out each test next to the limit it had to meet, and states the result found. It should also carry a date and a signature.

A COA tells you about that batch only. It does not change the research use only status of any product. Read more on our certificates of analysis page.

Storage and disposal

Compounds differ, so each product page gives its own storage line. Our peptide storage guide explains the basics: a dry powder lasts longer when it is kept cold, dry and dark.

Keep each vial in its labelled container and away from food. Store it where children and pets cannot reach it. When you no longer need a product, dispose of it and its packing the way your lab and your local rules require.

Your part

When you place an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the purchase is for lawful research. You also agree to store, handle and dispose of each product safely and within the law where you are.

The age and research purpose terms are part of our terms of sale.

The rules in Australia

Selling a compound for research use only does not settle whether you may buy it or hold it. healthdirect Australia advises people not to buy peptides labelled research use only, and says that label does not make them lawful to import or buy.

The same healthdirect page lists BPC-157, GHK-Cu, TB-500, CJC-1295 and retatrutide as unapproved peptides. It says none of them is on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). It also passes on the TGA's warning that buying unapproved peptide products may be unsafe and may be unlawful.

This notice is not legal advice. Check the rules for your state or territory before you order.

If something goes wrong

If anyone has taken or been exposed to a product, call the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26. The line is open 24 hours a day from anywhere in Australia. There is no need to wait for symptoms before you call.

In an emergency call triple zero (000), for example if someone collapses, stops breathing or has a seizure. If 000 does not connect on a mobile phone, healthdirect says to try 112.

Keep the vial and its packing. The people helping may ask for the product name and where it was bought, and a photo of the label helps.
