The two questions

The first screen asks "Where are you based in Aus?" Tap your state or territory, or tap Skip if you would rather not say. The second screen asks "What peptides are you looking for?" Search the list and tap each compound you want. Sold out items carry a pre-order tag. If you are still deciding, tap Not sure yet, and use the optional note box for a compound that is not listed or a quick question.

Your answers are turned into a short message for you. WhatsApp only sends it when you tap send, so you can change any word first. The message ends with a Ref code that tells us which page you came from. Please leave it in.

What to include

A clear first message saves a round of back and forth. Please include:

• The compound and the vial size, for example BPC-157 10mg. Some compounds come in more than one size.
• How many vials of each you would like.
• Your name, plus the street address with its suburb and postcode.
• For a certificate of analysis, the compound and size you want it for.

If you fill your bag on the site first, the message is written for you. It lists each item, then the subtotal, the $10 tracked shipping and the total in AUD. Two blank lines at the end are left for your name and your suburb and postcode.

After you send

1. We check stock, then reply in the same chat to confirm the price and your total.
2. We send payment details in that chat. Nothing is paid on this website.
3. When your payment comes through, we pack the order in Traralgon. Parcels go out in the afternoon, in business hours on Victorian time.
4. Your tracking number arrives in the chat. Fast delivery and tracking, 2-3 days from dispatch to anywhere in Australia.

Want to change something? Before you pay, reply in the chat to add or drop an item, fix the address or cancel. A pre-order costs nothing up front, and we message you once that item is back in stock.

If a vial arrives damaged, broken or not what you ordered, message us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it free.

The photo can go straight into your order chat. We are happy to help with stock, prices, sizes, tracking, pre-orders and certificates.
