Ordering and payment
Where can I buy research peptides in Australia?
Glow Labs sells research peptides online to buyers anywhere in Australia. Build your order on this site and send it as one WhatsApp message to +61 401 342 201. We are based in Traralgon VIC 3844, and every parcel is tracked and arrives in 2-3 days. Everything we sell is for research use only.
How do I place an order?
Add compounds to your bag, then tap "Send order on WhatsApp". WhatsApp opens with your full order written out. Add your name, suburb and postcode, then send.
Can I order more than one vial?
Yes. Change the quantity on any product, or use the bundle builder. Each vial is its listed price, and your bag shows the subtotal.
How do I pay?
Once we confirm your order on WhatsApp, we send payment details in the same chat. No card details are entered on this site.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account and no sign-up. Your order is a WhatsApp message.
Can I change my order after sending it?
Message us in the same WhatsApp chat. Changes are simplest before payment.
Who replies on WhatsApp?
Active customer support from Glow Labs, based in Traralgon, Victoria. Orders, changes and questions all go to the one chat.
Delivery and packaging
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
Anywhere in Australia, including every capital city. Fast delivery and tracking, 2-3 days, on every order. The Shipping and delivery page lists towns and cities by region.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in discreet, plain packaging.
What does the quality guarantee cover?
If a vial arrives damaged, broken or not what you ordered, message us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it free.
Products and certificates
Can I get a certificate of analysis?
Yes, on request. Message us on WhatsApp with the compound you are asking about.
Something I want is sold out. Can I pre-order?
Yes. Tap "Pre-order" on the product and a message opens on WhatsApp. We will let you know when it is back in stock.
Do you sell bacteriostatic water?
Yes, in 3ml, 5ml and 10ml. Add it from the catalogue or as a bundle add-on.
Research use only
What does "research use only" mean?
Our products are sold for laboratory research only. They are not for human consumption and are not medicines.
Do you give dosing or usage advice?
No. We do not give dosing, protocol or medical advice of any kind.

Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. Every price on the site is per vial in AUD. Your order total is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping is $10 per order, wherever you are in Australia.

When orders leave
Paid orders are packed and sent in the afternoon, during business hours in Traralgon, Victoria. Our clock is AEST, which moves to AEDT while Victoria is on daylight saving. If you live in another time zone, such as Perth or Darwin, our afternoon falls earlier on your clock.
