Who we are

Research use only

All products are sold for laboratory research. They are not for human consumption. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or older and buying for lawful research. Read the full research use notice.

We do not give usage advice for any product, and nothing we say in a chat or on this site is medical advice.

Orders and prices

An order is a WhatsApp message listing the items you want. It becomes a contract when we confirm the price and availability in that chat and you pay. Prices shown or quoted are in Australian dollars.

The price that counts is the one we confirm in the chat before you pay. GST: To confirm: whether prices include GST.

Payment

This website takes no payments and has no card fields. Payment details come to you in the WhatsApp chat after we confirm the order. Accepted payment methods: To confirm: payment methods.

Your order is packed after your payment has come through.

Pre-orders

A sold out product can be pre-ordered with the button on its page. A pre-order costs nothing and is not a contract. When stock returns we let you know, and the order then follows the same steps as any other.

Changes and cancelling

Until you pay, there is no contract. You can add an item, remove one, change the delivery address or cancel the whole order by replying in the same chat.

Once you have paid, message us in the same chat as soon as you can and we will sort it out under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery

Orders dispatch from Traralgon in the afternoon during business hours, Victorian time. Parcels ship tracked within Australia, with fast delivery and tracking in 2-3 days from dispatch. Shipping is a flat $10 per order.

Your tracking number arrives in the order chat. Please give a full street address with your suburb and postcode. Our shipping and delivery page has the details.

Quality guarantee

If a vial arrives damaged, broken or not what you ordered, message us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it free.

To make a claim, check each vial when the parcel arrives. Within 7 days of it arriving, send a photo of the damaged, broken or wrong vial in your order chat, or to +61 401 342 201 on WhatsApp. We match the photo to your order and send the replacement, which costs you nothing.

This quality guarantee is given by Glow Labs, Traralgon VIC 3844, phone and WhatsApp +61 401 342 201, email To confirm: contact email. Its benefits are in addition to your other rights and remedies under the law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
