Delivery time

Once your order is confirmed and paid on WhatsApp, we pack it and send you the tracking number in the same chat. Delivery takes 2-3 days from dispatch to your door.

Parcels leave us in the afternoon, inside business hours, on Victorian time. That clock is AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time), or AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) while Victoria is on daylight saving. In Victoria, daylight saving starts on the first Sunday in October and ends on the first Sunday in April.

Shipping cost

Tracked shipping is a flat $10 per order, to any address in Australia. It stays $10 however many vials are in the parcel. Your WhatsApp order message adds it under the subtotal, so the total in the message is the figure we confirm.

Tracking your parcel

Every parcel we send goes out in plain outer packaging and has a tracking number. It comes to you in the WhatsApp thread where you placed the order, so the order, the payment details and the tracking all sit in one place. Keep that thread handy until the box is in your hands.

If the tracking stops moving, or something about it looks wrong, send us a message in that same thread. Active customer support from Traralgon reads it and replies there, and you will not need to explain your order again, because it is already in the chat above.

Where we deliver

We post to every state and territory: Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania, plus the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory. These are the places people ask about most:

Your delivery address

A full, correct address is the easiest way to avoid a hold up. When WhatsApp opens with your order written out, add your name and the street address the parcel should go to, with the suburb and postcode, before you hit send.

Check the spelling of the street and the postcode one more time. A small typo is simple to fix in the chat before you pay, and much harder to sort out once the parcel is on its way.

Start on the shop page to fill your bag. There is no account to make and nothing to pay on this site. We reply to confirm your total, and how to pay follows in that thread. Your parcel is packed once payment is through.

Quality guarantee

If a vial arrives damaged, broken or not what you ordered, message us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it free.

When the box arrives, open it and check each vial against the order you sent. If one is cracked, broken or not the item you asked for, take a clear photo of it and send it in the order thread. A photo lets us match the problem to your order quickly.

Sold out items

If a product shows as sold out, tap Pre-order on its page and WhatsApp opens with that item named.

Research use only

Changes
