A sample order

Here is how a made-up order from Norwood would run. The names and items are only an example.

1. The bag. You add two items on the site, say a vial of NAD+ and a bacteriostatic water vial, and tap the button to send.

2. Two questions. Before WhatsApp opens, you are asked where in Australia you are based and which peptides you are looking for. You type "Adelaide, SA" and leave the list as it is.

3. The message. WhatsApp opens with your items typed in. You add one line at the end, something like "Sam, Norwood SA 5067", and press send.

4. Our reply. In the same chat we confirm what is in stock, give the current price, and send the payment details.

5. Payment. You pay using the details in the chat. Nothing is entered on our website.

6. Dispatch. The box is packed in Gippsland and leaves in the afternoon. The tracking number follows in your chat.

7. Arrival. 2-3 days later the parcel reaches Norwood.

Had an item been sold out at step 4, we would have said so in the chat and offered to take it as a pre-order.

Before you send

  • Full name for the label
  • Street, suburb and the four digit SA postcode
  • Each compound and its vial size
  • Any item you want held as a pre-order

Get these right in the first message and the order moves faster. To change something later, reply in the same chat. Before payment that is easy. Once it is on the road, only the carrier's own redirect options can help.

Clocks in SA

South Australia uses daylight saving, like Victoria, so the half hour between us stays the same all year. Adelaide is 30 minutes behind Gippsland. Our afternoon dispatch happens 30 minutes earlier on an Adelaide clock, and replies come in Victorian business hours.

Where we post

Every metro Adelaide address that takes tracked parcels: the city and North Adelaide, Norwood and Kensington to the east, Glenelg, Brighton and Henley Beach on the coast, Unley and Mitcham to the south, Prospect and Salisbury to the north, Port Adelaide, Marion and Mawson Lakes. The Adelaide Hills, from Stirling to Mount Barker, are covered as well, and so are Victor Harbor, the Barossa, Murray Bridge, Port Augusta and Mount Gambier.

Adelaide heat

Adelaide summers can be very hot, and a box left in the sun on a porch warms up quickly. Our peptide vials hold freeze-dried powder rather than liquid, but they still belong somewhere cool and dark once they arrive. When a parcel is due on a hot day, arrange for someone to bring it in, open it, check each seal and label, and move the vials into the fridge. The storage guide has the detail.

How it arrives

The vials are held apart in their packing so they cannot clink together. The parcel is a plain box or satchel. Its label shows your name and address only.

If anything turns up broken, damaged or different from the order, the quality guarantee kicks in: share a photo with us in the chat no later than 7 days after delivery, and a replacement is posted free. Certificates of analysis are available on request. Full delivery terms sit on the shipping page.

Rules and safety

The TGA warns of significant legal consequences for anyone who unlawfully advertises, imports, manufactures or supplies unapproved peptide products. It adds that, without quality controls, products may contain the wrong ingredients or be contaminated. healthdirect says that approved peptide medicines need a prescription and must be bought from a registered pharmacy.

Glow Labs is a research supplier. We are not a clinic, we do not prescribe, and we give no medical or usage advice. If you are thinking about your health, talk to a GP or another registered health professional in South Australia.

FAQ

Is there a Glow Labs shop in Adelaide?

No. We have no shop, clinic or pickup point in Adelaide or anywhere in SA. Orders are posted from Victoria.

How long does Adelaide delivery take?

2-3 days from dispatch, tracked from Gippsland.

What should my first message include?

Your name, street address, suburb and postcode, plus each compound and vial size. The site fills in the item list for you.

What time zone are you in?

Victorian time. Adelaide is 30 minutes behind us all year.

Can I change my order after sending it?

Yes, by replying in the same chat. Changes are simple before payment.

Do you post to regional South Australia?

Yes. Towns such as Mount Gambier, Port Augusta, Whyalla and Port Lincoln are sent the same tracked way as metro Adelaide.

Is the parcel discreet?

Yes. It is a plain box or satchel with only the delivery details on it.

Do chemists sell peptides?

Only approved ones. healthdirect notes that approved peptide medicines are prescription only and come from a registered pharmacy. You will not find our research compounds at a chemist, because they are not pharmacy products.
