What is in the vial

The vial holds two peptides. BPC-157 is a 15 residue chain, and TB-500 is the acetylated seven residue fragment of thymosin beta-4.

The label weight of 20mg is the total of both. Certificates of analysis available on request.

What research exists on each part

Each peptide has its own literature. BPC-157 has been studied mainly in rodent models of tendon, ligament and muscle injury. TB-500 relates to the actin binding region of thymosin beta-4, a protein studied in tissue repair models.

We found no peer reviewed study that tests the two together as a combination. Healthy Male notes the same gap in its article on the Wolverine stack.

Why a blend certificate needs two identity checks

In a two-peptide vial, each peptide should have its own identity check by mass spectrometry. BPC-157 should show a mass near 1419 g/mol and TB-500 near 889 g/mol.

A single purity figure for the whole cake cannot confirm that both are present in the stated amounts.

Keeping a two-peptide vial stable

Both parts are hygroscopic, so the dry cake must stay sealed. Keep it below -15 °C, and allow the cold vial to warm up somewhere dry before the cap comes off.

Guides advise against long storage in solution, and a blend makes that more important because the less stable partner sets the limit.

Regulatory status

In Australia

Both halves of this vial are on the TGA's list of unapproved peptides. In 2026 the regulator reported seizing a BPC-157 and TB-500 combination, sold as the Wolverine stack, from homes in New South Wales.

Under the October 2026 Poisons Standard, BPC-157 and TB-500 are each named in Schedule 4 (prescription only) and in Appendix D, clause 5. Holding either one without authority under state or territory law is not allowed.

BPC-157 is also on the WADA Prohibited List. Glow Labs supplies this blend for laboratory research only.

An online nickname for BPC-157 and TB-500 sold together. Healthy Male calls it a marketing term, not a scientific one. This vial combines both peptides.

Is the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend legal in Australia?

Neither peptide is an approved medicine. The October 2026 Poisons Standard names both in Schedule 4 and Appendix D, clause 5. We sell this vial only for lab research.

Has the BPC-157 and TB-500 combination been studied?
