The two peptides in this vial

CJC-1295 is a man-made analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). The form tested in 2006 binds to albumin in the blood. That made it last far longer than natural GHRH, with a half-life of about 6 to 8 days.

Our catalogue does not yet state whether this vial holds CJC-1295 with DAC or without it. DAC is the albumin-binding add-on, and the form without it is often sold as modified GRF (1-29). Because they act on two separate pathways, the two are sometimes promoted together. That pairing rests on an assumption, not on a published trial of the two.

What the research has examined

A 2006 paper ran two placebo controlled trials of CJC-1295 in healthy adults and measured growth hormone and IGF-1 levels over weeks.

The 1998 ipamorelin paper studied rat pituitary cells, anaesthetised rats and conscious pigs. In pigs it released growth hormone without raising ACTH or cortisol, while GHRP-6 and GHRP-2, tested alongside it, raised both. That is why the paper's title calls it the first selective growth hormone secretagogue.

We know of no published trial of the two given together. Healthy Male's Australian review of the pair reaches the same conclusion about the evidence.

Checking a growth hormone blend

PubChem lists ipamorelin at about 712 g/mol and its CJC-1295 record, which includes the DAC add-on, at about 3647 g/mol. Material sold under the CJC-1295 name can differ in form, so the certificate should name the exact form tested.

Storage of a two-peptide cake

Freeze-dried peptides should sit in a tightly closed container below -15 °C. Bachem adds that peptides absorb moisture, which lowers both content and stability.

For a blend, follow the most cautious rules: dry, dark, cold, and no long storage once dissolved.
